Three Essentials: Socialization - The Key To Success

* Weekly 'outside-of-formal-classroom' study groups by genre: These are mandatory with set scheduled times each week and unexpected visits by the teacher who is looking for:

1. How are the students relating to one another?

2. Is genuine love observed?

3. Is patience perceived with high value on diversity of personality, thought and expression?

4. Is someone trying to dominate and take over the discussion time?

5. I someone extremely shy and is being overlooked by stronger personalities?

6. Is appreciation, encouragement and humility in the midst?

7. Is the Father coming forward at any time?

* Private meetings with each student are scheduled with the teacher at agreed upon times during the course of study. The teacher is looking for a deeper understanding of their student's personalities and capacities.

* Once a quarter large group parties are scheduled for the entire school to celebrate together and meet more fellows in the hopes of growing their numbers of friendships. This is also a time for the teachers to have some fun social interactions and deepen their own friendships.

This foundation will be built upon over time.
