To Our Founding Father
Sometimes in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to surmount our mere material experience with the experiment of America, and move into the truths andreality of the Creator with whom we have declared belief in thereto by way of our national statements of a constitution based upon Truth.
If Nature’s God, being the one who has created the powers of earth and the Laws of Nature, is the foundation upon which this self-governance enterprise came to be, as put forth by our Framers, then should it behoove us to find this Creator and to know Him?
Could this be the answer to our current national conundrum?
Is our problem of civil combat at its roots a spiritual one?
If these truths are self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, then would this Creator be the one and only Person who can lead each man or woman into their gifts of the actualities of a thriving Life, true Liberty and the pursuit of real Happiness?
Are we clear in our understanding of who our Creator is, or is there some confusion regarding this?
Do we know how to make personal contact with our Creator in order to more deeply comprehend these Rights that He has bestowed to us?
Are we ready to go beyond political debates awash in lowly human nature regarding governments led by men and women moving in human fallibility?
Our Framers told us
That to secure these rights, Governments have been instituted among men [and women], deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
If, per chance, our next step in this course of human events is the pursuit of discovering and then consenting to this Creator to govern our own hearts and minds, then should we trust Him to also bring personal true freedom and actual liberty to all men and women in every other nation and everywhere on our world? Nations and Governments are comprised of individual men, women and children.
Supposition:When every person is transformed by their Creator, then nations will follow suit.
If this supposition is a truth, (and we think it is), should America lead the way for this? After all – it is our Declaration of Independence that is founded upon this Creator.
